ROSTFREI STEELS PVT LTD IS A FRAUD COMPANY

According to reviews and if we are going to search best GLS tanks or water storage tanks manufacturers in Google then definitely you found rostfrei on the top. I also searched on Google and reached the rostfrei website to buy water storage tanks by reading his fake reviews on website or Google I also thought that I will also gone buy Tanks from this company only.

Rostfrei steels pvt ltd is one of the fraud company that I have ever seen , The product they deliver and the product they offer totally different from what they promise. Their chief engineer and the marketing head is making fool. Earlier they promise me that they will charge less than other can’t and they will give on time delivery but when I give my first payment to them after that they start ignoring my call after 1 week and when I reached their office they give me excuse that their machine was not working and they will soon give me the material and my order after two days their marketing head give me another excuse that there is no machine problems in our company because of the lab our shortage there is problem in making your order. It has been more than 20 days they give me these kinds of excuse when I again call their director he said within 2 days you will get and  then also  their order took more than 10 days when I got my order I found that the material is very different what they promise to me and when I found  that the material is of cheap and of third quality I called them they told me that we only delivery  this material.

They provide us the bad material which have no life. There is a huge problems like leakage , corroded , low capacity and less thickness of steel or you can say cheap product quality.

When I was going to used these tanks guess what I can see there is a leakage in the tanks and there is no holding capacity in these tanks .  All these tanks are made of very bad quality of steel . The upper and low layer of water storage tanks are corroded.

NOW COME TO THE MATERIAL POINT OF VIEW WHAT MATERIAL ACTUALLY THEY SENT ME

Ad we know all the storage tanks were made up of steel and were coated from the onset with red oxide chemical to disallow reaction between water and the mild steel plate to avoid scale formation and corrosion.

Roof – The opening of the roof was measured by means of a venire caliper, the internal bean also inspected for corrosion due to moisture . A magnifying lens was used to detect smaller leakages.

Welded Joints – The joint parts when I were checked it found leakages. The welded joints were inspected for leakages.

Wall plate – This form the most part of the tanks , the coasting were checked if still intact, four plates out of the wall plates of each tanks that both jointed was also picked at random and inspected. The steel thickness were also measured it be found less thickness and cheap quality products they were used.

Stanction – This is the vertical bar or shaft that is been used to erect the tank above the ground level . The bolted spot to the earth surface were inspected for rusting / corrosion.

THE RESULT OBTAINED FROM THE STUDY OF STORAGE FACILITIES FROM ROSTFREI PRODUCTS

1. Roof – Average increase in hole size

2. Welded joint – Leakages noted along the welded joints

3. Wall plates – Red oxide coating bumped up, wall plate buckles

4. Gasket – It’s not flexible with little clearance

5. Coating- All coating already off due to moist concentrations 

6. Internal Floor – Scales formed on coal tar it with lots of dirt settlement

7. Stanction – Rust and scales of foots , bolts already rusted

8. Fitting / Couplings – Gradual failure already forming on fittings , Leakages spotted along the sockets, flanges , edges  and some pipe fractured while others ruptured.

9. External floor – Scale already formed on the external surface of the tank due to moisture , paint already faded off with scales from

10. Wall blowout – Wall blowout along the horizontal bar to buckle

11. Roof Collapse – Rusted holes on its surface, Roof already collapse with the vent hole ruptured, corrosion of Roof surface all though noted, Roof sagged as a result of buckle body surface

12. Pinhole leakage – Holes leakage along gasket and rust concentrated area, leakages are noted on the surface of the tank , along the coupling links , the sockets , elbow and flanges.

13. General corrosion – where moist is concentrated shows already corroded rust , corrosion were suspected along the couplings , and the tank surface was filled with scale. Galvanic corrosion was suspected along the lines, joints of pipes and at the roof of the tank.

I think rostfrei steels is behaving as if I have taken material from them in free. By doing business with them I biggest mistake and I don’t think this is the right way by rostfrei steels and their staff.

When I tried to contact their recent small companies who have taken the order from them they also complaint about their issue and when I heard about the review it was very bad. I would suggest rostfrei steels not to talk any order from them. They were biggest cheater and just because of them I got a huge loss in from them and this is making my business getting low.

The biggest fraud that rostfrei steels have done is they offer 3 rd quality material as they promise. They were the biggest cheater that I have ever seen. I am totally disappointed by them and the material they offer.
